Located on the first floor at the front of the main house, this room has a double bed and a single bed and can be used as a double, twin or family as required.

There is an en-suite shower room and dual aspect windows with views over the bay towards Harlech and the Rhinog Mountains.

There is a private parking area at the front of the house and the entrance is via the porch and front door.

This is a ground floor room in the annexe with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. The bedroom windows look out to the courtyard and garden.

This is a first floor bedroom in the annexe with a double bed and large en-suite bathroom. There are views across the village towards the Ffestiniog Railway.

All rooms have TV/DVD, comfortable seating, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. There is central heating throughout.

Please note that parts of the house are approximately 300 years old and there is some limited headroom. Please advise us when booking if you are 6ft 2in tall or over so that we can give you an appropriate room.
